Soft gauze curtains at Zhongshan Jiajing Kangcheng demonstration unit

This project is part of the Zhongshan Jiajing Kangcheng development, located in Tanzhou. It's a high-end residential show flat, mainly showcasing duplex and single-level apartments, ranging in size from over 100 square meters to 140 square meters. This is a key display space used by the developer to attract buyers, so the curtains needed must not only be aesthetically pleasing but also practical and durable, complementing the overall modern style.

The main reason for choosing sheer curtains is that the model room has many large windows, requiring a balance between natural light and privacy. Sheer curtains have a double-layered structure; the sheer layer gently diffuses sunlight, avoiding direct, glaring light, while the slats are adjustable, allowing for both a partially open view and privacy. Compared to traditional roller blinds or Venetian blinds, they are more suitable for daytime displays, are lightweight and easy to handle, and are durable and resistant to deformation in Zhongshan's humid climate.

Key installation points include precise positioning and leveling. The construction team first measures the window width and height to ensure the width and length cover the entire window, typically installing a clamp every 30 to 40 cm to avoid uneven stress. Special attention is paid to the tightness of the curtain box fasteners, and the smoothness of operation is tested. This project's windows have a 90-degree angle design; during installation, the parallelism of the slats is adjusted to ensure an overall aesthetically pleasing appearance.

The finished effect is ideal, as shown in the picture. The gray/beige sheer curtains paired with light-colored walls and wood flooring create a warm and comfortable space. Sunlight filters softly through the sheer fabric, while at night, the blackout mode provides excellent privacy. The overall effect enhances the quality of the showroom, and the positive feedback from visiting buyers proves the reliability and practicality of sheer curtains in home furnishings.
